Batting Crease :-

The batting crease on which a batsman stand. Its Marking from the wicket is 8 ft 8 inches (2.64 Mt). This crease used for stump out and Run Out. Batsman will declared out if their foot or bat not inside the crease.

Bowling Crease :-

A crease from a player deliver the bowl is called Bowling Crease. During the Bowling One foot should inside the crease. If a player both feet behind this crease than called No ball. Its marking with the wicket 8 feet 8 inches(2.64 mt).

Return Crease:-

It is sideline on both sides of wickets. If a player foot cross the side line during bowling than its called a No ball. It’s marking is 8 feet (2.44 Mt).

Popping Crease:-

A crease in front of bowling crease is called popping crease. On the bowling side its is called popping crease and on batting side this is called batting crease. If a bowler ankle cross this line than ball called a No ball.  It’s marking is 12 feet (3.66mt).

The length of the pitch is 22 yard(20.12 mt) and width of the pitch is 10 ft (3.05 mt).

1. The Cricket bat is consist in two parts, handle and blade.

Handle is covered with rubber grip with size 25.4 to 30.5cm. Handle of bat should not exceed 52 % of overall length of the bat.

The total length of bat is 85.1 to 87.3 cm. The over all length of bat not more than 96.52 cm. It should be made up of wooden.

Width of bat is 10.8 cm.

Depth of bat is 6.7 cm.

Edges of bat is 4.0 cm.

If bat blade cover with any material than it should not exceed 0.1cm. 

BALL:-

Weigh of ball is 155.9 gram and not more than 163 gram.

Circumference of ball is 22.4 to 22.9 cm.

For women cricket team weight of the ball is 140 gram and circumference is 22.5 cm. 

  1. In the middle of the ground there should be three wooden stumps on each side of cricket pitch with two bails on the top of stumps.
  2. The stumps must be 28 inches above the playing surface and bails should not more than 0.5 inches above the stumps.
  3. Stumps should be rounded and curved from above side because the bails should attached inside.
  4. The stump should be Cylindrical shape and made up wooden in 2015 ICC  World cup flashing LEDs were used in bails and stumps. It is developed by Australian Bronte ECkermann.
  5. The Diameters of not less than 1.38 inches wide.
  6. Bails Total Length 4.31 Inches.
  7. Bails barrel length is 2.13 Inches.
  8. Spigot length is 1.38 inch and shorter 0.81 inch.
